Swimming
The purpose of swimming is to perform fundamental skills, demonstrate safety skills, and develop an appreciation of swimming as a health enhancing activity.

Religious Modifications: All students will be required to swim. Students who have wardrobe restrictions due to religious reasons have the following options: 1. Students purchase or provide appropriate full body swimwear in order to participate in a co-ed environment. 2. Students provide official documentation excusing them from swimming in a co-ed environment. Students must complete swim make-ups during single gender make up days during spartan plus |
